Low back painCase History : Patient presented with sharp pain in the lower right side of his low back for the prior five weeks. In 2001 patient has a laminectomy at levels L3/4/5/S1. Prior Treatment : Vicodin, Soma Diagnosis : Lumbar Segmental Dysfunction Short Term Outcome : No more pain after several week's treating
I had pain in my lower back right side. It got to where I couldn't bend at all and it was very painful to walk. I could not work. Doctors gave me muscle relaxers and pain medication that helped some. I was sent to your office upon request of Dr. Mongiano. After several weeks of treatment, I felt no more pain. This is the best thing I ever did! Thanks!
